The Website aims to provide access to food ordering services offered by various restaurants. Users can order ready-made food and/or drinks (hereinafter: Goods) for home delivery by courier or for pickup from the respective restaurant.
Service Scope
According to the interpretative provisions of the Act CVIII of 2001, the Website is considered a simple data transmission and access service provider intermediary. The Website system receives orders from Users, processes them, and forwards them to the respective restaurants. The ordered Goods are prepared and delivered by the respective restaurants.

Contract Conclusion
In compliance with Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (Ptk.) and Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services (Ektv.), we inform you of the following.
Placing an order through the Website constitutes an electronic contract, governed by the relevant provisions of the Ptk. and Ektv. The contract is published exclusively in electronic form. It is considered a written contract, is not filed, is in Hungarian, and does not refer to a code of conduct regarding the service activities.
Registration and Ordering
Users can only utilize the Visitme.hu service electronically. Orders can only be placed after registering on the Website.
Prices and Payment Methods
The prices of the Goods and services are in Hungarian Forint and include the VAT payable in Hungary. The payment for the ordered Goods can be made using the methods indicated in the Website's service. The payment is due when the Website forwards the order to the respective restaurant.
Complaints Handling
Users can report complaints or issues with data entry to the Service Provider using the contact details provided on the Website. The Service Provider will start processing the complaint immediately if possible.
Contract Termination
Both the Service Provider and the User can unilaterally terminate the contract without justification via email, in which case the Service Provider will delete the registration.
Closing Provisions
For matters not regulated in these GTC, the parties consider the relevant provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code to be applicable.
